Neuromuscular Strategies is owned by Mike Kohm PT, CYT and Satya Larrea RYT. Mike Kohm PT is certified in the FMS system.

There are Denver and Boulder offices for Physical Therapy. The Denver location offers private yoga instruction on Monday and Thursdays. Go to for yoga information.

Neuromuscular Strategies focuses our treatment on you as a patient. Appointment times are 50-60 minutes long. There is the option of a free short phone interview to discuss your care.


The clinic specializes in Movement Screens to assess your mobility and stability and manual therapy including Trigger Point Dry Needling. Exercise programs are individualized and are based in Yoga, Functional Movement Systems, FMS, Selective Functional Movement Assessment, SFMA or a combination there of. We also offer bike fits that are scheduled on an individualized basis.
