Neuromuscular Strategies specializes in an individual treatment approach for each of our clients. Appointment times are 50-55 minutes long. There is the option of a free short phone interview to discuss your care.

The clinic specializes in Movement Screens to assess your mobility and stability issues.  Exercise programs are individualized. We provide manual therapy including Trigger Point Dry Needling. Screens include Functional Movement Systems, FMS, Selective Functional Movement Assessment, SFMA, Yoga Movement Screen or a combination. We also offer bike fits that are scheduled on an individualized basis.
